Refund and Returns Period

Our refund and returns policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it should be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within the following 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.

You will be responsible for a $10.00 flat rate return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at danishastoreuk@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +96895812687.

Order Cancellations

Customers can cancel their order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled.
