Terms of service
These terms apply when you use danishastore.com or buy from us. Please read them with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Danisha Store Limited (trading as "Danisha Store"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14118447, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: danishastoreuk@gmail.com, +44 7723 350640. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Danisha Store Limited.
2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with its security. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
3. Your order and our contract
When you place an order, we email you an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order; it is not yet an acceptance. Our contract with you is formed when we email you that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud). If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Order verification and fraud prevention. To protect our customers and cardholders, every order is automatically checked by Shopify's fraud analysis and by our payment providers. When you order, you agree that:
- the billing address you enter matches the address registered with your card or PayPal account;
- the shipping address is complete and correct, including house or apartment number, street, city, postcode or ZIP code, and a working phone number;
- the payment card or PayPal account you use belongs to you, or you are authorised to use it.
We do not ship to parcel-forwarding or reshipping addresses. If an order is flagged as high risk, or the billing details do not match, we may ask you to confirm the order by email. Orders we cannot verify within 48 hours will be cancelled and refunded in full, and we will tell you.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. Prices include import duties. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment by card and PayPal; payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. If we find an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Delivery
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery times and our delivery commitments are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and receive refunds are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. You have at least 30 days from delivery. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights.
7. Product information
We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. Small differences in colour may occur due to screen settings. Product names that mention other brands (for example, "compatible with iPhone") describe compatibility only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless we say so.
8. Reviews
All reviews on our website come from real customers. We do not write, buy or edit reviews, and we do not hide negative reviews that meet our content rules (no offensive, unlawful or unrelated content).
9. Our liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, up to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will tell you and offer a refund if such an event delays your order.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, design and our own images) belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal use but may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
11. Your personal information
We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live outside England and Wales, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem quickly.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
